By Amanina is a UAE-registered women's modest fashion brand. All transactions are conducted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to UAE law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration. By Amanina does not warrant that product descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay via Tap Payments, our certified payment gateway. By placing an order, you authorise By Amanina to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or system errors.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled through Quiqup across the UAE. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. By Amanina shall not be held liable for delays caused by the delivery partner, weather, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for full details. By Amanina reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed instead.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, text, logos, brand name, and designs — is the exclusive property of By Amanina and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from By Amanina.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, By Amanina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
