Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across the UAE. Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmed payment, and delivered by our logistics partner, Quiqup.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery on all UAE orders of AED 200 and above.
A flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies to orders below AED 200.

1. Delivery Coverage

By Amanina delivers across all UAE Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. For GCC enquiries, please contact us at byamanina.ae@gmail.com.

2. Delivery Partner

All orders are fulfilled through Quiqup, our trusted UAE-based logistics partner, delivered directly to your door.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmed payment. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp or email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. By Amanina is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unreachable, Quiqup will attempt re-delivery. By Amanina is not liable for costs incurred from repeated failed delivery attempts.
