Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At By Amanina, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

Item must be unworn and unwashed
Original tags must be intact and attached
Item must be in its original packaging
Item must be free from damage, stains, perfume, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned outside the 14-day window
Items missing original tags or packaging

By Amanina reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email at byamanina.ae@gmail.com
Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return
Await confirmation and collection instructions from our team
Ensure the item is securely packaged for collection

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

By Amanina is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and meet the same conditions as returns. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
